group is especially for cancer patients who are
finished with the treatment phase of their
recovery.

Cancer Series
This monthly series is offered
free to cancer patients, families and caregivers
and provides information on complimentary
therapies, nutrition and exercise, financial
concerns, genetics, managing side effects of
chemotherapy and radiation and strategies to
handle the emotional side of cancer.

Providing Cancer Support Services in Michiana
A cancer diagnosis can be life changing, not only
affecting you physically, but also emotionally and,
sometimes, financially. But you are not alone.
Whatever your needs might be, RiverBend Cancer
Services is here for you.
RiverBend Cancer Services
is a local agency, whose primary goal is to assist
people with cancer and their caregivers in the St.
Joseph County, Indiana, by providing financial
assistance, advocacy services and emotional
support. Free services include:

Providing nutritional
supplements

Counseling and support groups
for you and family members

Providing wigs and prostheses

Resource Library
RiverBend Cancer Services is also committed to
providing cancer education and cancer prevention
screening in the Michiana community, especially
those who have no access to regular medical care. We
often offer free programs designed to help bring
awareness and early detection of cancer when
